Lost Lantern hand-selected this cask from Woodinville Whiskey Co., the premiere bourbon and rye distillery of the Pacific Northwest. Woodinville makes exceptional whiskies with a marriage of traditional and modern techniques, locally grown grain, and a commitment to making whiskies that truly reflect Washington state.

This six-year-old single cask was made from 72% corn and 22% rye, both grown on the Omlin family farm in Quincy, Washington, as well as 6% malted barley. The welcoming nose has notes of clementines, orange cake, and vanilla buttercream. The palate is rounded, complex, and very balanced, with hints of orange and almond cake, warm spices, and rounded oak. The finish is long, warm, and calming.
