Founded by brewers, Copperworks brings craft beer’s precision and commitment to local ingredients to distilling. The distillery works closely with local farms to source its grain, leading to whiskies that truly reflect the climate of the Pacific Northwest. 

This was distilled from five malted barleys with different roast levels and was aged for 3 years in a new oak cask. The warm, spicy nose has hints of clove and milk chocolate. The palate has a fresh malty depth, with hints of honey oat cereal, cardamom, and clove. Warm and dense with baking spice notes, this exemplifies the balance of a new oak-aged American single malt that showcases grain as much as oak.
