Lost Lantern hand-selected this cask from Atlanta-based ASW Distillery, best known for its Fiddler Soloist whiskey brand. Acclaimed as both blenders and distillers, ASW has helped define the idea of southern whiskey with spirits that reflect the region’s hot climate and rich agricultural heritage.

This straight bourbon whiskey was made from 56% corn, 14% malted wheat, 10% malted rye, 10% malt, 7% smoked malt, and 3% chocolate malted rye. It was aged for 7 years in a 53-gallon barrel. Rich and chocolatey, it has notes of dark chocolate, cocoa powder, key lime, and dense oak on the nose. The palate is deep and balanced, with earthy chocolate, oak, and rich baking spice notes. It is our first release from ASW and from Georgia.
