Brooklyn Bakery Kings County Distillery New York Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Hey, I’m Bakin’ Here!
Kings County Distillery, the oldest distillery in New York City, creates some of the country’s most acclaimed and sought-after whiskies. The distillery brings together American and European distilling traditions and uses New York-grown grains to make whiskies that embody the essence and energy of the country’s largest city.
This is a marriage of eight different barrels of 5 and 6 year old Kings County bourbons that come together to create a powerful, sweet, and spicy straight bourbon. It has rich dark chocolate notes, with hints of pecan pie, graham cracker, blackberry cobbler, and cherry tart. It reminds us of a Brooklyn bakery on a cold winter morning… and we would know, because we used to spend a lot of time in them!

About Kings County Distillery
Kings County Distillery, the oldest and largest distillery in New York City and the first since Prohibition, has been a trailblazer since its foundation in 2010. Located in the historic Paymaster Building in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, the distillery is most well-known for its powerful, rich and aromatic bourbons and its Empire rye. It has also won acclaim for its peated bourbon and its single malt. One of the country’s leading urban distilleries, Kings County balances modern techniques with traditional practices like open-air fermentation and the use of Forsyths copper pot stills.
